M. D. BHATT, J. ( 1 ) ENOUGH opportunities have been given to the respondent to file the return but they have not cared to file the same. The record of M. P. No. 1261/84 discloses that Gajju alias Gajanand had been undergoing imprisonment for life and he had completed more than 11 years and 6 months in jail. Govt. Adv. Shri Tamaskar had stated that Gajanands case was to be considered in the next meeting. This statement had been made by him on 12-9-1984. Shri Kathal is unable to state now whether Gajju alias Gajanands case has been considered in the Board Meeting and if so, to what effect. ( 2 ) IN these circumstances, we direct that the application regarding release of Gajju alias Gajanand be disposed of within a period of three months and if the said application is not disposed of within the said period, Gajju alias Gajanand shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 5000/- (five thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the C. J. M. , Rajnandgaon. ( 3 ) THIS petition is, thus, disposed of accordingly. C. C. be supplied on usual payment. .
