ORDER : 1. We are told by the respondent that the appellant is now employed in jaipur Development Authority. Taking this circumstance into account, we do not think it necessary to go through the merits of the appeal to find out whether the appellant should have been terminated or not. The respondent has offered to settle the matter by paying an amount of Rs. 10.000/- in lumpsum. We think that this is a reasonable amount. We direct the respondent to pay to the appellant a sum of Rs. 10,000/- within two months from today. Subject to this direction, the appeal is dismissed. No costs.
