body1985
ORDER : 1. While we are satisfied that the Industrial Tribunal should have insisted upon the management to furnish details of the necessary documents as demanded by the workmen, we do not think that this case calls for interference under Article 136 of the Constitution in view of the undertaking given by the management that they will not seek to recover hack whatever has been directed to be recovered back from the workmen by the Industrial Tribunal. The appeals are therefore dismissed.
