JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Perused the order dated 24th April, 1985. Cognizance has been taken by learned Judicial Magistrate u/s 452, 323, 147, 354, 504 IPC and bailable warrants have been issued against the present petitioners. 3. Shri Soni learned counsel for the petitioners submits that all the three petitioners are ladies and one of them is an aged one. 4. The courts are meant for justice and there should not de harassment to the ladies if their presence is not needed. At the same time there should be respect for the court and one should not hesitate in appearing before the Court. 5. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial court and should move an application for dispensing with personal attendance. Learned Judicial Magistrate should apply his mind about the fact of being a lady and their difficulties and should decide the application for dispensing with the personal attendance in accordance with law and should see that no undue harassment is there to the ladies. 6. The revision petition is disposed off accordingly.Order accordingly. *******
