JUDGMENT : B.K. Behera, J. - Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This application has been made against an order rejecting an application made by the petitioner, who is the complainant in the court below, to call for some documents. The impugned order is an interlocutory one and therefore, under section 397(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure no revision lies. The revision is accordingly dismissed. 2. It would, however, be open to the trial court, if it so chooses, to call for the documents, if it finds at any subsequent stage of the trial that production of the documents would be necessary for a just decision of the case. Final Result : Dismissed
