( 1 ) SPECIAL leave petition is directed against an order of maintenance awarded by the High court. ( 2 ) WE are surprised that special leave petitions are still being filed against such orders. We think that it is high time that such petitions are not filed and not entertained. Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
