( 1 ) THIS Courts intervention is permitted only if any statutory provisions are violated; or any rules or regulations - departmental ones included are wrongly applied or violated or any Constitutional guarantee is breached. None of the three situations has arisen here. The grievance about Articles 14 and 16 having been breached is already dealt with by us. There is no hostile discrimination anywhere in the remotest sense of the term. No statutory rules are brought to our notice which can be said to have been violated nor has it been shown that any policy decisions required to the uniformly applied are unevenly applied in their case. Rule discharged. .
