JUDGMENT P. Dayal, J. - It has been argued on behalf of applicant that the F.I.R. appears to be improbable as the applicant is alleged to have possesed a knife as well as a katta and that there is no enmity between the deceased and the accused. His co-accused Chhanu has already been released on bail. There is nothing on record to show that Chhanu has been released on bail. But, in view of the statement of the learned counsel of the applicant that Chhanu has already been, released on bail he is believed. The applicant is admitted to bail on his furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the C.J.M. Lucknow. Let a copy of this order be given to the learned counsel of the applicant on his furnishing necessary charges today, if possible.
