ORDER : 1. Dr. Y.S. Chitale learned counsel for the State of Andhra Pradesh submits that the State Government would re-determine the declared price of solvent extracted rice bran or de-oiled rice bran within three months from today which will be operative with effect from 1st June, 1986 after hearing the appellants in these cases. In view of the above statement we do not propose to pronounce the judgment on merits in these appeals. We dispose of these appeals leaving all the contentions open. There will be no order as to costs.
