ORDER : 1. We would direct the State of Maharashtra to come forward with a positive scheme for the purpose of housing of Govt, servants who are in occupation of the requisitioned premises. In those cases when the requisitioning was made more than 30 years ago, the State Govt, must take steps to provide accommodation to those who are displaced as a result of derequisitioning the premises. We would give three months time to the State Govt, to come forward with a definite scheme. Pending consideration of this question there will be status quo as on today with regard to the possession of the premises by the allottees will be maintained.
