ORDER : In view of the decision of this Court in C.A. No. 138/79 reported in 1985 (2) SCALE 46 : AIR 1985 (SC) 1255 , the Constitutional validity of the Vegetable Oil seeds Act, 1984 and the National Oil seeds and Vegetable oil Development Board Act, 1983 is sustained and these writ Petitions are dismissed. We may make it clear that if, apart from the Constitutional validity of these statutes there are any other points which the petitioner wish to raise, it will be open to them to raise the same in appropriate proceedings.
