Teeja mother of the above two girls and another petition has been filed by one Lallu Lal, who is the brother-law (JEEJA) of these two girls. Both these petitions are based on same facts and are, therefore, disposed of by one single order. 3. The allegations made in the habeas corpus petitions are that Smt. Meena was married to Shri Mamli and Smt. Sheela was married to Mr. Buddha. It has been further alleged that both the above sisters were married to Mamli and Buddha respectively who are also real brothers. It has been alleged that Mamli and Buddha are drunkards, who are giving beating and maltreating to the above girls. Some allegations of illicit relations of these girls with Kistori and Ram Swaroop have also been alleged. It was further alleged that the above two girls had sworn in an affidavit to the above effect on December 9, 1985, before the Notary Public of Dausa. It has also been alleged that the life of these two girls was in danger and they wanted to live with their parents. 4. In view of the above allegations made in these petitions, we had given a direction to present the above girls before this Court. The Additional superintendent of Police, Shri Babu Lal Jain had produced Smt. Meena and Smt. Sheela before this Court. We had interrogated from the above girls and they clearly told that they were living happily with their husbands and no ill-treatment or beating was ever given to them by their husbands. Smt. Meena also told that the alleged affidavit, which was sowrn by her on December 9, 1985, before the Notary Public Dausa was due to coersion and threatening given by her brother-in-law Lallu, who has filed one of the petitions. From the demeanour of the above two girls as well as their statements made before us we arc fully satisfied that these two petitions have been filed with ulterior motive and the allegations made in these petitions are totally baseless. So far as Smt. Sheela is concerned, she is minor and apart from other circumstances her husband is also the legal guardian.
