ORDER : 1. Heard Counsel for the parties. 2. In view of the amendment of the directions issued under the Andhra Pradesh Catering Establishments (Fixation and Display of prices of Food Stuffs) Order 1978 as per G.O.Ms. No. 236, Food and Agriculture (C.S. Ill) dated 22nd April, 1986, the grievences of the appellants and petitioners have been substantially redressed. Therefore, it is unnecessary to go into the contentions raised in these appeals, Special Leave Petitions and Writ Petitions. 3. The prosecution launched against the appellants and petitioners for violation of the provisions insisting upon supply of scheduled items will stand withdrawn. 4. The, contentions raised by the appellants and petitioners challenging the, grant of exemption in favour of hotels having two stars and above are devoid of any substances and are therefore, rejected. 5. These appeals, special leave petitions and writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
