ORDER : 1. Those employees who were not covered by earlier order will be paid by way of an interim arrangement a sum equal to 10% of their basic pay subject to a minimum of Rs. 50/-. The order will take effect from 1.1.1986. 2. The matter was left to us by counsel and we have made this interim arrangement. 3. This interim order will be subject to the result of final order in the writ petition. 4. The Writ Petition is adjourned and will be listed for further hearing in usual course.
