ORDER : 1. Shri B. Datta, learned Additional Solicitor General submits that no casual labourer who does not possess the prescribed qualifications will be retrenched from service till 30th June, 1987 in the various departments except the electrical and mechanical departments and workshops of S & T Departments. In view of the above statement, we do not feel that there is any need to issue Rule in this petition. If any of the casual labourer is aggrieved by any action taken against him after 30th June, 1987 he may approach the High Court of Madras for relief. 2. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
