JUDGMENT U.C. Srivastava, J. - This revision application has been filed against the order dated 27th February, 1986 passed by the II Additional District Judge, Barabanki allowing application for filing additional documents in exercise of powers conferred under Order 41, Rule 27 CPC. A show cause notice was issued to the opposite party. Sri S.M. Fakhruzzaman has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite party. With the consent of the parties the case is being heard finally. It is admitted. Twenty one documents were filed only on the ground that they pertain to the title of the plaintiff. The application could be allowed if it covered with clause (a), (aa) or (b), of Order 41, Rule 27 CPC. The court below has not assigned any reasons, apart from that the dispute is in respect of title, under which clause the court was exercising powers. The order can be said to be a nonspeaking order. As such, revision application is allowed and the order dated 27th February, 1986 passed by the II Additional District Judge is set aside. Let the case be sent back to the court below who will again consider application for filing additional documents. 2. The parties will appear before the court below on 27th July, 86 and the court will fix some date in the month of July, 1986 for disposal of the application under order 41, Rule 27 CPC.
