ORDER : 1. Special leave to appeal is granted. Pending disposal of the appeal, the order of the High Court restraining the appellants from proceeding with the investigation against respondent no. 1 is suspended and the appellants will be at liberty to proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. Hearing of the appeal is expedited. The matter may be mentioned before Hon'ble the Chief Justice for fixing an early date of hearing. The application for urging additional grounds will be listed along with the appeal.
