ORDER : 1. Special Leave Petition Nos. 11723-24/86 placed on board,and called on for hearing alongwith the other Special Leave Petitions. 2. Special Leave granted in all the matters. Printing and statement of case dispensed with. Additional documents, if any, may be filed within four weeks. Appeals to be heard peremptorily, on 11.11.86, subject to over-night part heard. There will be no order of stay of operation of any part of judgment save and except that the amounts which are lapsed shall be kept in a separate account not to be operated unless they are revived. 'The Peerless. General Finance and Investment Co. Ltd will also file within 4 weeks from today a' list of Commission Agents setting out the payments made to,them from 1st January, 1985 to 31st July, 1986. We want this list in order to find out as to who are the Commission Agents and what are the amounts of Commission, paid to them in the last-two years from 1st January, 1985 to 31st July, 1986. 3. 'Let one consolidated paper book be filed in all the matters to be prepared by the Reserve Bank of India. Interim stay of proceedings in the various Writ Petitions referred to in Annexure 'A' to the application for stay in SLP No. 10982/86. 4. The Commission Agents whose names are mentioned in Annexure, II to the Inspection Report of the Reserve Bank of India dated 17.6.79 shall not be paid any commission if they, are still continuing to be Commission Agents, pending the disposal of the appeals.
