ORDER : 1. These appeals inter alia involve the question as to whether a non-speaking award without giving reasons rendered by an arbitrator should be considered to be binding. This very question has been referred to a larger Bench consisting of at least five Judges by another Bench of this Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 3137-39 & 3145 of 1985 (Raipur Development Authority v. Firm Chhokhamal Contractor). We, therefore, direct that this question may be referred to larger bench and these appeals may be listed before larger Bench in order to resolve this limited question. After the larger Bench decides the question, the appeals will be listed before a Division Bench immediately for further hearing.
