ORDER : 1. The respondent Delhi Administration is willing to pay to the petitioner 50% pay and allowances for the period during which his services were under orders of termination. They are so ordered to pay the amount within four weeks from to-day. The Administration is also directed to post him against one of the vacancies without any break in service forthwith. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner is entitled to his costs quantified at Rs. 2500/-.
