JUDGMENT D.S. Bajpai, J. - Admit and connect with Writ Petition No. 2185 of 1986 and other similar matters. The applicant shall be admitted to bail in Case Crime No. 9 of 1986 under Sections 452, 323, 506, I.P.C. and 3(1) of the U.P, Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities, (Prevention) Act, 1986 on his furnishing two sureties and a personal bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Special Judge concerned.
