ORDER : 1. Special leave granted. Printing of records etc. is dispensed with. Order of injunction passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Aurangabad will remain stayed and there will be no injunction against the petitioner. The petitioner will file his written statement in the suit within four weeks from today. There will be discovery and inspection. The suit may proceed.
