ORDER : 1. It is not necessary to go into the controversy raised in the writ petition and the counter affidavit as these matters are pending before the Delhi High Court. Our earlier order will continue till disposal of the matter at the High Court and protection to the petitioner will be provided at her own cost @ Rs. 100/- per day. With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
