ORDER : In Writ Petition Nos. 12492-541 of 1984 1. Petitioners Nos. 20, 25, 27, 28, 31, 34, 36-38, 40, 41, 43-46, 48 and 51 who have not been permitted to carry on the Hawking business on daily tehabazari will be allowed to do the hawking business from 23rd of October to 4th November 1986 on account of Diwali festival. This order will be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. In Writ Petition Nos. 11096-97 of 1984 2. Such of the petitioners in these writ petitions as have not been permitted to carry on the hawking business and daily tehabazari will be allowed to do so from 23rd October 1986 to 4th November on account of the approaching Diwali festival without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. We are told that the number of such petitioners is 34. In Writ Petition No.475 of 1986. 3. Mr. Parikh, counsel for the petitioner says that in addition to the fifty members whose names are given in annexure 'A' to the writ petition and who are members of the Hawkers Welfare Committee, there are 3 other members namely Mr. Radhey Lal, Mr. Mulk Raj and Mr. Rangu Ram, whose names have been excluded through oversight in the annexure, with the result they are not getting the benefit of our interim order. We direct that the names of these persons be included in the annexure and the benefit of the interim order may be extend to them. We may make it clear that no more names will be allowed to be added in the annexure thereafter.
