JUDGMENT G.B. Singh, J. - This is an application for bail in a case under Section 396, I.P.C. The applicant is named in the F.I.R. The main ground on which the application for bail has been pressed is that he has been in pleated (sic implicated) in the case on account of enmity. Perused the F.I.R. and considered the facts alleged in it regarding motive. It appears to be a fit case for bail. 2. Balgovind applicant is released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hardoi.
