ORDER : 1. The facts giving rise to these petitions for writ of habeas corpus are identical with the facts of Writ Petition No. 549 of 1986 which we have just disposed of and for the reasons given in our judgment in that case, we allow the Writ Petitions and direct that the petitioners be set at liberty forthwith.
