ORDER : 1. Divorce Petition No. 114/83 pending in the family Court at Jaipur is transferred to the Court of the District Judge in Delhi. It may be tried either by the District Judge or by any other Judge to whom the case may to assigned by him. The Trial Court in Delhi will fix the hearing in such a manner that one Session shall be held for the evidence of the petitioner, another for the evidence of the respondent and the third for arguments. Each Session will go on from day to day so that the petitioner who has to come from Dehradun is not inconvenienced. The respondent will deposit in the Court of the District Judge, Delhi a sum of Rs. 3,000/- within two weeks from today in order to meet the cost of travel of the petitioner and her brother from Dehradun to Delhi and back as also their boarding and lodging charges in Delhi in connection with the trial. In case it is found necessary, the trial Court may direct a further sum to be deposited in order to meet the expenses of the petitioner and her brother. The petition shall be disposed of as far as possible within three months from today.
