JUDGMENT 1. - On the direction of the Court, the Public Prosecutor takes notice. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State. 3. The petitioner's application for release of Jeep RJF 2493 was rejected, as it was found involved in transport of opium. On two occasions earlier, as well, according to the prosecution it was so used. The jeep is said to possess some special characteristics. 4. Looking to the above factors, the petitioner does not deserve any indulgence. However, it will be proper that the jeep may be released on some conditions, in order to prevent the alleged user of this jeep. 5. The revision petition is, therefore, allowed and it is ordered that the jeep be released to the petitioner on his furnishing a bond that he will produce the jeep as and when required by the Court and on failure to do so, shall pay a sum of 80,000/-. It is father ordered that the petitioner shall produce the jeep on every Monday and Thursday at the police station, Soorsagar. A copy of this order be sent to the police station, Soorsagar with the direction that in case, the jeep is not so produced on the specified days, the SHO, police station. Soorsagar, shall immediately report to the Judicial Magistrate First Class No. 3, Jodhpur.Revision allowed. *******
