ORDER : 1. Petitioners in the Writ Petition will attend the office of the Collector at 10.30 a.m. on 13.11.1986 and in their presence, the trunk containing documents and papers which were seized by the police, will be opened for verification of their contents. The trunk will be again locked jointly as directed before. The matter is adjourned to 14.1 1.1986 to enable the learned Counsel for the State to inform the Court as to what are the offences being investigated by the police for which purpose the documents and papers seized by the police are required.
