ORDER : 1. In the case of the staff other then Class IV Staff our interim order was effective from 1.1.1978. We think that in the case of Class IV staff also the interim arrangement should be effective from 1.1.1978. Therefore, we modify our order dated 14.8.1986 by substituting the date 1.1.1978 for the date 1.1.1986. The writ petition will be listed in due course.
