(1) SPECIAL leave granted. (2) HAVING regard to the particular facts and circumstances of this case placed before us. We vacate the ex parte interim injunction granted by the High court and communicated to the Controller of Capital Issues and the Reliance Industries Limited, Bombay, by the High court by its telegram dated Dec 2/12/1986, and direct the High court to dispose of the application for interim injunction after notice to the Controller of Capital Issues and after permitting a period of four days to the respondents before it to file their respective affidavits. (3) THE appeal is disposed of accordingly and there will be no order as to costs.
