JUDGMENT P. Dayal, J. - Heard. 2. This is a petition under Section 482, Criminal Procedure Code. 3. The facts giving rise to this petition are that one F.I.R. under Sections 323/324, Indian Penal Code was lodged against the petitioners. They sought bail and they were granted bail. Subsequently, the case was converted into a case punishable under Section 308/325, Indian Penal Code perhaps, to give gravity to the offences in question. It would be of no use to keep the matter pending by issuing notice or by calling upon the opposite party to file counter-affidavit etc. petitioners are straight away admitted to bail on their each furnishing adequate security to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bahraich and this petition is dismissed.
