(1) THE termination of appellants service was in accordance with clause 8 of the contract. Three months salary in lieu of notice has been paid. There is no question of breach of contract or of damages. We, therefore, agree with the reasoning and conclusion of the High court. The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to costs.
