ORDER : 1. Pending disposal of the Writ petition there will be stay of implementation of GOMs. Nos. 306/Edn. dated 24.6.86 and GOMS Nos. 423/ Edn. dated 19.9.85 subject to the directions that seats which are left unfilled after admitting the candidates from Christian minority, will be filled from the list of LAWCET. The Government may consider if the Muslim candidates may be accommodated either in this college or other colleges. The order is confined to the present Writ petition only. Hearing of Writ Petition is expedited.
