JUDGMENT G.B. Singh, J. - Heard arguments. The case against the applicant rests on circumstantial evidence. Three other accused were also involved in the case and there was circumstantial evidence against them. All those three co-accused have been released on bail. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant argues that according to the F.I.R. Suresh Pal Singh was murdered from the shots fined by Jamadar Singh applicant whereas the medical report shows that he had two incised wounds and no gun shot wound. It appears to be a fit case for bail. 3. Applicant Jamadar Singh is released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Hardoi.
