JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. In this writ petition, petitioner Vijai Bharti has sought a direction to the Director (Administration), Primary and Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner for giving him appropriate permanent employment according to his academic qualifications on the ground that he is a handicapped person and the Rajasthan Employment of the Physically Handicapped Rules, 1976, entitle him to an employment in (govt. service Notice was issued to the non-petitioners, the State of Rajasthan, the Director (Administration), Primary and Secondary Education, and Assistant Director, Employment Exchange, Bikaner. Mr. Udawat has put in appearance on behalf of the non-petitioners. It has been submitted by Mr. Parmatma Saran, learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the petitioner's registration with the Employment Exchange at Bikaner in the year 1983, the Employment Exchange Officer is not forwarding his name to any department for consideration of service. It has also, been argued that despite application being made, the Director, Education, is also not giving any relief to the petitioner. Mr. Udawat appearing on behalf of the non-petitioners submits that efforts would be made to accommodate the petitioner on adequate post according to his academic qualifications The case of the petitioner is a hard one. He is sitting unemployed since 1977 when for a small period, he was given the chance of a Class IV employee. The petitioner has passed his Higher Secondary Examination. The Assistant Director, Employment Exchange, Bikaner, is directed to see that the name of the petitioner is forwarded to the Education Department for favourable consideration of his posting. The Director (Administration), Primary and Secondary Education. Rajasthan, Bikaner. is directed to look to the matter and give appropriate employment to the petitioner according to his academic qualifications. Collector, Bikaner, is also directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to a post according to his academic qualifications. The directions of this Court shall be complied with within a period of two months. 3. Writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. *******
