ORDER : 1. Heard the petitioner in person and learned Addl. Solicitor General. Addl. Solicitor General states that the petitioner is not being deported and all the prosecution against him have been unconditionally withdrawn and the petitioner is free to go back to his country. It is also stated that no further prosecution is pending against the petitioner and he will be free to leave India by 31st December, 1986. A copy of this order may be communicated to the District Judge, Bhopal for information. CMP is accordingly disposed of.
