JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The father of the accused petitioner has expired on 9-10-86, It is also given out that he expired in suspicious circumstances as per the post mortem report, a photostat copy of which has been produced before this Court. The petitioner has to perform last rites as well as to look-after his mother who is said to be in state of shock. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I consider it just and proper to release the accused petitioner Ramu Pahari on interim bail for the period of 3 weeks, provided he furnishes a personal bond in he sum of Rs. 5,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Kota. The accused petitioner shall surrender himself before the Sessions Judge on 6th Nov. 1986 in the fore-noon. Learned counsel for the petitioner will inform about his surrender to this Court upto 10th Nov. 1986. 4. Put up on 10-11-1986 for orders. *******
