JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the Government Advocate, Mr. Shrimal. 2. Mr. Anil Khanna submits that the appeal has been filed before the Tribunal constituted under the Gunda Act, 1975 and the case is not being heard. The order disturbs the liberty of the citizen and such case should be disposed of in accordance with law at the earliest. The Tribunal so constituted under the Gunda Act, 1975, is directed to decide the appeal of the present petitioner within a period of two months, Mr. Khanna submits that the Tribunal is having a sitting on 26th November, if it is so, the Tribunal may hear the case of the petitioner on that very day and decide the appeal in accordance with law. The present petitioner shall intimate the Tribunal about the order of this court, with this direction the writ petition is disposed of.Order accordingly. *******
