ORDER : 1. The time for submission of the report by the High Power Committee constituted by this Court's order dated March 14, 1986 is hereby extended, for the time being, till June 30, 1988. 2. Hearing of the C.M.P. is adjourned for one week to enable the Union of India to file a rejoinder. 3. We are informed that some of the Public Sector Undertakings have suggested to the High Power Committee that the revised pay scales and other incidental benefits such as Addl. D.A. etc. as recommended by the IVth Pay Commission be given to their employees. The applicant Union of India in its reply shall deal with this aspect also.
