ORDER : On hearing Shri T.V.S.N. Chari, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Narayan B. Shetye, learned counsel as amicus curiae, we are of the view that the Civil Appeals should be disposed of without expressing any opinion on the contentions raised in these appeals reserving liberty to the appellant to raise the said contentions which are raised here at a later stage before this Court, if necessary. These appeals are accordingly dismissed. We express no opinion on the merits of the contentions. We reserve the liberty as stated above. The Labour Court shall proceed with these cases in accordance with the directions of the High Court and dispose them of expeditiously. We thank Mr. Narayan B. Shetye for giving necessary assistance to the Court in these anneals. The appeals are disposed of accordingly.
