ORDER : 1. The parties are liberty to move the High Power Committee now that the Court has by order dated 25 November, 1987 extended time for submission of its report till June 30, 1988. It would be entirely for the Committee to make necessary directions with regard to interim relief, Additional D.A. etc., after hearing all the parties. 2. The Committee should also consider the question whether the employees of the Public Sector Undertakings should be extended the benefits arising out of the Fourth Pay Commissions report by way of interim measure subject to adjustment if it has not already been dealt with earlier.
