ORDER : 1. The Writ Petition alongwith the application above-mentioned being called on for hearing before this Court on the 11th day of December, 1987, UPON perusing the said writ petition, application and the accompanying documents AND UPON hearing Counsel for the petitioner herein THIS COURT while directing issue of Notice to the Respondents above-named to show cause why Rule Nisi should not be issued DOTH ORDER THAT pending the hearing and final disposal by this Court of the application for stay above-mentioned after notice, the operation of the Order dated 11th November, 1987 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad in Criminal Miscellaneous II Bail application No. 5869 of 1987 entitled Rajesh alias Anna and Ors. v. State granting PAROLE to Rajesh alias Annu, Mukesh alias Mukki and Om Prakash Sharma be and is hereby stayed. 2. AND THIS COURT DOTH FURTHER ORDER THAT THIS ORDER be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned. 3.
