(1) SPECIAL leave granted. (2) THE Judgment of the High court is modified The workmen shall be reinstated in service within one week from today with 60% of the back wages. The workmen are entitled to all other attendant benefits and continuity of service. The arrears of back wages shall be deposited in the Labour court. The management is granted time to pay the arrears in four equal quarterly instalments. The first instalment shall be deposited on 1/03/1988. In default of payment of any instalment, the management shall pay interest at 12% per annum. The appeal is accordingly disposed of with no orders to costs.
