JUDGMENT 1. - I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and have gone through the case diary including the report of Medical Examination of Smt. Prem. The Doctor did not find injuries on her body or any injury on her private parts and has said that no opinion can be given regarding committing of rape. He has further mentioned in his report that no spermetoza were found in the viginal swab. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I allow this application and direct that in the event of the arrest of the accused petitioner in FIR No. 1/87 registered at P.S., Sadar, Distt. Bundi the SHO/IO, shall release the accused petitioner on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 6,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/IO undertaking to appear before him for investigation/interrogation as and when called upon to do so and further undertaking not to tamper with such of the persons who may be acquainted with the facts of the case.Anticipatory Bail Granted. *******
