Order dated 21.5.1987 Learned counsel for the petitioner files 11 acts of stamp for the petitioners. After hearing the learned counsels for the parties, we are disposing of this writ application in terms of the decision reported in the case of Ranchi Thok Khudra Vyapari Sangh v. State of Bihar ( 1987 PLJR 46 : 1987 BRLJ 9). The petitioners are liable to pay fees as prescribed by G.S.R. 9 dated 19.4.1984, as contained in Annexure 1 to the writ petition. In case the deposits have been made, then their applications for renewal will be disposed of in accordance with law.
