JUDGMENT 1. - Heard both the parties. It has been argued that co-accused Kanhaiya Lal has been released on bail by this Court. The case of petitioner and Kanhaiyalal is identical. The only difference is that the petitioner is found in possession of 280 gms. Smake and Kanhaiya Lal was found in possession of 40 gms. Charas. Both Charas & Samke arc dangerous. Both were found in possession of these articles and in view of fact that Kanhaiyalal has been released on bail by this Court. Raju petitioner is also directed to be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. I0,000/- (Ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of Rs: 5,000/- each to the satisfaction of trial court.Bail granted. *******
