ORDER : 1. These CMPs. are adjourned to 10.3.87. 2. We hope and trust that, in the meanwhile, the High Power Committee would find it possible to pass necessary orders regarding interim relief as well as additional D.A. For that purpose, there is no need for the Committee to adopt any elaborate procedure as such payment essentially would be in the nature of interim relief subject to adjustment. 3. The Parties, who wish to appear before the Committee, shall remain present before it on 17.2.87.
