ORDER : 1. From a perusal of the counter affidavit filed by Shti V. Rajgopal, Deputy Commissioner of Police, East District, Delhi, we are satisfied that adequate action has been taken on a notice issued by us in this case and that necessary proceedings are being taken consequent upon the complaint made by the petitioner. Nothing further needs to do on this petition and it is disposed of accordingly. 2. The Petitioner who appears in person before us prays for legal aid to her in proceedings taken in Court below. The Delhi District Legal Aid and Advice Board is directed to provide her necessary legal assistance on her applying to in that behalf. 3. A copy of this order will be given to the petitioner in person.
