ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioners states and prays that an order be made directing payment of damages by the State Government to the petitioner for wrongful confinement. We find that direction has already been included in the order of the High Court before us which should enable the petitioners to file a suit for damages from the State Government if that is permissible in law. As regards other points raised in the Special Leave Petition, we need express no opinion in this case. 2. The Special Leave Petition is rejected with these observations.
